Repetition and consistency are a big part of successful marketing. In order to get potential customers' attention and keep an existing customer's attention, you need to have multiple customer touchpoints.
To help Urban Air Crystal Lake achieve the goal of increasing brand awareness in their community and in turn increasing revenue, we first needed to understand what their existing pain points were and then create a strategy to not only overcome those hurdles but one that would help to digitally increase their exposure to their local demographic.
Once we had this understanding it led us to create a strategy to be more organized and consistent with their marketing allowing us to capitalize on their existing digital follower base as well as implement strategies to increase their local exposure and following.

HAVE A PLAN
The first thing we did was create a standard operating procedure and scope of work with Karole from UACL so we can stay organized and consistent with the marketing efforts and free up time for Karole to manage the day-to-day park operations.
THE RIGHT TOOLS
Armed with the plan we were able to implement the right tools so we can execute the marketing plan effectively with as little interaction as possible needed from park management.

ACCELERATED EXPOSURE
To get as much exposure from the local community as possible we implemented boosted content strategies across Facebook and Instagram as well as organic engagement strategies to increase brand awareness, social media following, and engagement.

OPTIMIZE and IMPROVE
Once we had the strategies deployed we continued to measure performance to improve the strategy and do more of what is working ultimately leading to more park sales.
