To help Promesa achieve its goal of establishing a successful retail division of its brand in addition to its already successful wholesale division, we first did a deep dive analysis to get a comprehensive understanding of its retail operations. Once we had this understanding it allowed us to create a comprehensive marketing strategy, roadmap, and forecast as well as deploy some eCommerce best practices to reach and surpass their goals.
