When it comes to improving marketing strategy, understanding what is driving success and failure is imperative. 

 

To help Promesa achieve its goal of establishing a successful retail division of its brand in addition to its already successful wholesale division, we first did a deep dive analysis to get a comprehensive understanding of its retail operations. From existing marketing campaigns to key eCommerce website metrics.

 

Once we had this understanding it allowed us to create a comprehensive marketing strategy, roadmap, and forecast as well as deploy some eCommerce best practices to reach and surpass their goals.

GETTING UNDER THE HOOD

The first thing we did was perform a top to bottom analytical deep dive to get a comprehensive understanding of their efforts prior to engaging with Xceptional as well as what their baseline key performance indicators (KPIs) were. For example, add to cart and conversion rates.

THE BEST PATH FORWARD

Armed with a revenue goal and the information we needed to help close the performance gaps, we got to work on creating an extensive strategy to hit those goals.

Once the foundational work for the strategy was completed such as data attribution testing, ad creation, and systems implementation, we launched the strategy.

Upon the initial launch of the strategy, we immediately saw big improvements from their previous vendors. With a continued emphasis on optimization and growth marketing, we have been able to continually help them hit their highest-grossing revenue months in company history.

In addition, we were able to drive better results by applying a comprehensive multi-channel strategy managed by one specialized team as opposed to separate vendors handling individual pieces of a strategy.
